another day, another day of harvest... this time i dug up several root veg...knobbly carrots and a ball of beetroot, several pea pods and basil & beetroot leaves
a bit of scrubbing , slicing and dicing later...
with a dash of balsamic vinegar and olive oil... pinch of salt and pepper... a fresh sping salad!
